Pick-Up
After submitting your orders for
Pick-Up through our customer portal, we will send a driver to pick them up from your facility.
Layover
Once we’ve picked up your orders, we store them overnight in our secure warehouse facility for overnight layover.
Delivery
We send our drivers out on daily delivery routes that are each optimized for peak efficiency to make sure that your products get to their final destinations as soon as possible.

PAYMENT METHOD DISCREPANCIES
In any case where the payment method listed on the invoice does not match what the dispensary claims for payment terms during a delivery, we will call a representative for your company to confirm the correct payment method before proceeding.
We also offer a free tracking service for this, where we will record every instance of payment method mismatch and then send you a spreadsheet for ease of updating invoices for your clients
MANIFEST OR INVOICE ISSUES
All CTS drivers are provided with a contact sheet that lists 3 phone contacts for each of our clients
In the case of a manifest or invoice issue:
The driver will call each of these contacts until they receive an answer.
If we get an answer the Driver will communicate all necessary information to our client’s representative in order to facilitate any manifest or invoice changes needed to complete the delivery successfully and prevent a rejection of product.
If we cannot reach any client representative, the dispensary will instruct us on whether they would like to do a partial or full rejection
REJECTIONS
There are never any fees associated with rejections
Partial Rejection: The dispensary will circle each product to be rejected on the manifest, and then sign the manifest. The Driver will sign in the very bottom box to indicate they are taking rejected product back with them
Full Rejection: The dispensary will sign the manifest and the Driver will sign in the very bottom box to indicate they are taking rejected product back with them.
The rejected product will be sealed into a box or bin with tamper tape by the dispensary and returned to our client.
